What is a Soft Spell?

A soft spell is a quiet invocation — a weaving of poetry, breath, movement, and emotion into gentle ritual. It is not a tool for fixing or forcing, but for feeling, softening, and allowing. These spells speak to what aches beneath the surface, gently guiding it into the light.

As someone deeply intuitive, poetry has always been my first language. It gives shape to the invisible, giving voice to emotion when words feel too small. It’s how I listen, how I offer, and how I help others feel seen.

Movement is the body’s natural language. A sway, a sigh, a hand to the heart — these are gestures that speak louder than words. Science now affirms what ancient wisdom always knew: practices like tapping (EFT), breathwork, and somatic awareness help regulate the nervous system and invite us back into presence.

Spoken aloud, poetry becomes spellwork. When combined with breath and movement, it opens a gentle portal — into sensation, into honesty, into release.

Soft spells are:

  • For feeling, not fixing.
  • For grounding, soothing, and returning.
  • For meeting yourself as you are.
  • For restoring your natural rhythm.
  • For remembering what your body and soul already know.

They offer gentle relief, quiet release, and reconnection. They guide you toward your own natural equilibrium, the truths you hold in your marrow. They allow your soul to be briefly held, something eased or opened. The power always lies with you.

This is where I meet you: In the quiet between words. In the spaces where emotion lives raw and real. In the softness that becomes your strength.

Begin with these soft spells I’ve already shared – woven from my own heart work, offered to yours.

If your heart longs for something else, I’d be honoured to craft a custom spell – written just for you. Custom spells are currently offered by donation. If you feel called you can support this work via Ko-fi and leave a note with your intention or need.

Let these soft spells meet you where you are – whispers of rest, return and remembrance.
